What is Iyengar Yoga?

Iyengar Yoga is a renowned form of yoga, celebrated worldwide for it's many benefits to the mind and body. It is a highly perfected branch of yoga, developed by the respected Mr B. K. S. Iyengar, now in his mid 90's and still practicing.

Officially established in the 1970s, Iyengar Yoga has gathered many devoted followers and continues to attract health-conscious men and women to this day.

Cornelia has been an ardent practitioner of Iyengar Yoga for over 30 years. We welcome students of all ages and experience, and offer streamed classes to suit all abilities.

Cornelia is a teacher member of IYANZ. Students can join the IYANZ to receive benefits of membership of the Iyengar Yoga Association of NZ (IYANZ).
